I love it when big corporations show they are run by a bunch of normal humans.
It seems Makita USA have heard of Collingwood Football Club and they are selling a special CFC member version of their aluminium saw blade just for them, including the missing teeth...

Not sure what you're talking about, but black, white and teal are Port Adelaide Power and not the Magpies.
Maybe I have unintentionally created a mini IQ test.
You mean like this?...

Has to be said in a southern USA accent.

Mm ... a saw blade with two missing teeth. How fascinating. And 18 answers!
Must be a slow day.
No 50 mm low decks, no oiling questions with invisible specs of dust, no requests to corroborate Bunnings expert instructions, and best of all, no one wants to know how many nails to use to hang a joist.
My kind of day![]()

how do you know the missing TCT are not a design feature?

Don't worry Marc, It will be no time before some worry wart starts questioning themselves and us regarding asbestos![]()
The missing teeth is obvious, not seeing CFC though. Lost on me.
Is that from chomping on asbestos?

Hi Marc, i want to build a deck out of treated pine 25mm above an existing cement slab that water sits on after rain. Can you provide some advise?
And once I saw something that looked like fibro, should I be concerned?
Happy now 😁
You are right phild01 it is a Mexican thing and kind of goes along the line of : Q- What's black and white and has trouble chewing/ missing teeth/no teeth ? A- A Collingwood supporter. And for the follow up : Q- What's black and blue and floats face down in the Yarra River? A- Someone who tells lame Collingwood Football Club (CFC) jokes.
There are two types of Aussie Rules supporters. 1 - Collingwood supporters and 2 - those that wish they were Collingwood supporters.
And yes, I have ALL my teeth. Go Pies.

Gotta love how the Pies supporters bite. It was always gonna happen![]()
I have a 1987 Brock Commodore - it was ordered a couple of days after the public split with Holden - the first owner wasn't even sure Brock's HDT would still be around within weeks of it, so he was keen to get it underway. It has 7 pages of build sheets (a lot was done to it - in today's terms it would be taking the top-spec Commodore and throwing $60K at HSV to "make it awesome")
The 2nd last page is handwritten, and some of the lines read:
- no chrome at all
- all window moulds to be black
- everything to be white from the windows down, including wheels & door handles
HDT even painted the bloody wipers white (a previous owner had the same thought as me, and painted over the white with black, but the springs inside the arms still bear the evidence).
It is literally a black & white car, with no other colouring at all.
In the early days, all HDT cars had road tests done, and short "report" - some of the VCs have some not very nice things written - such as "steers like a pig."
It's rare to find a road test report (or even a comment noting a road test) on the later cars like mine, so I was very lucky to see scrawled across the last page "Drives nice. Very smooth. Not bad for a Collingwood car."
Now not being from Melbourne, and knowing the original purchaser was a long way out of Melbourne, I didn't put 2+2 together until a conversation about Brock's love of the CFC, then the penny dropped. The original owner wasn't even a supporter - he just liked the all-white Director on display at a motor show (which I now have pics of), and wanted the same look.
^^ Brocky was a Collingwood board member back in the day. I reckon he had all his teeth aswell.
