Default Anyone identify this roofing please?

    roof.jpgHi all,

I want to replace some roof sheets in my pergola area to remove the polycarbonate clear panels as they are old, cracked and leaking.

Need help identifying the roofing type please, the ridge of the high clip into each other, the ridge is approx 45mm high, and the sheets are approx 300mm wide.

Would appreciate if anyone could help out so I know what I am looking for to help with finding the best price and purchase a few.

    Thanks
    Geoff

Looks very much like a patio mobs roof possibly aluminium, maybe Truline Alcan etc but why even bother to replicate the sheets, simply go to a sheet metal shop or Stratco or any roofing supplier and get some covers made to match the existing poly panels.
Screw in place job done and if they cannot match the length simply use plumbers and roofers silicone to join them in the length

edit...Just looked at the underside pic and it is aluminium AND you cannot walk on that stuff so plank/planks will be required
    Be careful.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

The sheets are not aluminium, they're definitely steel.

The whole roof is leaking quite badly so I want to replace all of the sheets and try and fix the leaks at the same time, as well as get rid of the poly clear sheets.

I'd use a different sheet but I believe the u-channel that is attached to the wall is designed for this height roofing sheet as the ridge height is approx 45mm

I believe the specific sheeting is called Double-U
