    Default Man cave celing frame

Stupid question probly. If I want to frame a man cave room in the corner of a shed ( 2 stud walls and the back corner walls clad with yellow tongue) whats the correct way of doing the celing frame?

    Room inside size is about 3100 x 2800 x 2.4 high

Will you be walking on it or storing anything on top at all?

Not walking on it, but limited storage. The available space above is only 300mm high at the back wall, going up to around 750mm at the highest point.

    Wider timber needed? 140mm?

What will the surface be? Chipboard flooring or structural ply or something else?
As always a quick sketch plan helps but if you can use a hanging beam at some mid-point and using structural ply as the flooring surface then 90*35 should work
Consider only using half the space for storage and save on plywood costs, just half the area in ply/flooring?

Was probably going to put yellow tongue down on top and plasterboard inside.

    Sketch?
The answer may depend on which way the joists run. I can think of several solutions and a chippie could probably think of several more
