    Default outdoor patio/flyover skillion

    hi guys,

looking at building a flyover skillion 7x8 and was wonder what sort of roofing material would be recommended.
i have noticed alot of new patios are being built using insulated paneling i.e solarspan it looks to have a neat finish and looks very easy to instal/build using this as your roofing choice.
just wondering with it how to you run your conduit/electriacal wiring and are you limited to what sort of light/fans you can use?

also anyone have any negitives on this product?

one last question ruff guess at to the cost to get this built by a builder

I have a part roof on my deck built with solarspan. Had it 7 years quite happy with it. The panels join with a

tongue and groove system which has room in the groove for electrical cable

Expect to pay around $2500.00 - $3000.00 labour for a flyover 7.000m x 8.000m Sheets that long require 3 people to move.

There is a price list for insulated in your area below.
