    Default Roof Leak

I had some work done on the roof recently and last night was our first decent downpour since then. This afternoon I noticed this patch in the kitchen ceiling. The rest of the ceiling is warm to touch but this part is cool almost cold. Do you think this would be caused by a water leak in the roof?

Sorry for the quality of pic
