Wet and forget will remove it and not of effort, just a garden spray job.
It's not an instant fix any you may have to do it twice if it's very bad, but it will come up a treat.
I used to spend many hours running around with high pressure cleaners only to see things getting worse after just a couple of months, no more, just an annual spray.
