    Default Leaking stone balcony

I've got a balcony tiled in stone which during heay rain gets saturated and leaks through the join between the concrete slab and the corner of the balcony wall. I've removed the kitchen ceiling below to get a better look at it from underneath, someone's tried painting some bitumen on previously, which hasn't worked.
Is there any other product i can try which would seal from underneath the floor/wall?
Trying to rip up these stone tiles and re waterproofing from above is way out of my budget, although I'm aware that's the safest way to go.
If i were to seal up this leak from underneath, would the leak just reappear in the join further down the wall?

The bad news is that while that bitumen is there, you won't be able to get anything else to bond to it from a negative tanking perspective...

If you can completely remove the bitumen, I would try Drizoro Maxseal Flex coupled with Maxmesh over that joint. However, as you rightly pointed out, the only absolute way to ensure you have no further issues is to tackle this from the balcony side.

Thanks so much for the reply. Iíve been recommended dribond crystal sealer, any thoughts if that would do the job? Thereís not too many waterproofers to choose from where I live. Cheers

Crystal sealer is good - just not for sealing joints in concrete, which is the problem you have. Either way, you need to get rid of the bitumen first.
