    Default Fixing Top Plate to Masonry Fixing

    Hi all,

    Maybe an simple question but one that i cant find the correct answer.

    How do you correctly fix a top plate to solid masonry walls (ie house & garage etc) ?

    Tied in strapping, dyna bolts or other methods??

    Threaded rod is normally cast into the core filled wall when its been filled
