Default New trimmer head for whipper snipper

    Hi,

I have an old Ryobi Scorpion electric trimmer. The bump feed head just wore out completely and would not feed out.

I thought about getting a new trimmer, a Stihl seemed the best choice, but first I tried a replacement trimmer head from the mower shop.

It's a simple thing, with a short length of line mounted so that the 2 ends stick out on opposite sides, but it really transformed the old trimmer, which now works twice as well as new.

They are worth trying, there are several different types depending on your original unit.

    Cheers
