Building Certifier recommendations please - Brisbane Northside as the title suggests, we are currently trying to find a reasonably priced and reliable building certifier to get our new shed up and built. We are in Deagon which is 26km (i think) north of the CBD and would definitely prefer someone local. any suggestions?

the locals here always suggest you can find a list in the yellow pages. that said, i spoke to three the other day and they have quoted between $800, $1000, and $1500. I will spend a bit more time ringing around next week to get a feel for what the "right" price should be before committing any cash though.
