    Default 3-lever lock part

Bit of a long shot but I am looking for a replacement part for a 3-lever mortice lock. It is a cast piece and one of the wings has broken off. Happy to pay for the whole lock if someone has one.

I have a number of them here, is the case cast or pressed ?
Post a picture of the lock itself, both outside and an internal pic as some are a bit different.

Where in Vic are you your welcome to the parts or the full lock if I have a match.

The lock is from Gainsborough and about 35 years old. I have tried changing the part with a new one from a Bunnos mortice lock and also from an older one that have here but it didn't work.

The important things are the thickness, orientation of the cams in relation to the flats on the spindle hole, and the offset of the cams from the centre of the hole. I could modify the cams if there is enough meat on them.

The body is pressed and 13mm thick. I am in Melbourne.

Let me have a look tomorrow. Some of the ones I have are around 100 years old, so that one is relatively modern.
Will see if there is something similar.

I have two types of locks that have a similar shaped cam.

One uses pressed sections as a pair and the other is a cast brass, bronze ???

Pretty sure yours matches the cast one. Check the dimensions and let me know if you want just the part or the entire lock.

    Hi Droog
I think the cast one is the closest to mine.

I only need the cam but am happy to pay for the whole lock as it will be rendered useless without the cam.

    Will send you a message.
