Use a piece of 110x18mm pine as the stop end.
Then you can run your architrave on the outside as you would a standard door.
On the inside, the head arc will just butt into the wall
Hi All,
I am just looking for advice on the closing jamb for my soon to be installed cavity slider. I would like to install it with the door ending flush against wall rather then ending on the edge of a wall (please see image to help with the really bad description. Black are the walls, yellow is the door.
I was wondering if you have any ideas on how to finish it. I would like the door jamb to be flush with the gyprock/drywall but am unsure on how to finish it off to make it look nice. i was thinking of plastering up to the wood and then painting it to match the drywall, but am not sure how nice that would look... any thoughts?
