Custom made door - Brisbane

Shouldn't be that difficult - I have door cutting profile cutters for my spindle molder that will cut the profiles (rail and style) and tongue and groove bits for the inset - couple of hours at most. You will have to source the glass and timber. - be more work setting up the spindle molder etc. If you get the timber as rough sawn - be cheaper and run it though the thicknesser

I was hoping to use mortise and tennon joints... would be nice to have a mortising machine

I've just had an idea....

what about using 90x42 kwila and biscuit joining it togeather then cutting a hole out for glass... could look pretty cool??
