basically I know how to change windows but I need to know how to further seal it from the elements may be felt and house wrap around the frame or tape and give it a nice finish with trims beads . The Windows are Upvc material.

Did exactly that last year with great results with the foam though it is good to see the introduction of flexible tubing around the window.
What material would it be looks like flexible updm.
Bunnings seems to have something similar from 6mm to 15mm called cap rod made out of type of rubber in hardware store section
