    Default PVC Blinds

    Hi all,

My wife and I bought brand new PVC Blinds about 2 years ago a bit of a Plantation Shutter knock off look, they looked great and still do but they are white and dust etc has over time built up on them and sort of stick.
Just wondering if anyone else has found this if they have the same type of blinds and looking for the best way to clean them off please. Not sure if I can maybe hit them with my petrol gerni or if there is a proper way.

    Any advice much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Geoff

    ...inside or outside blinds??

Inside, we've always just hand cleaned them

Outside - then they are made for enduring the elements but I dont think I'd be putting too much gerni pressure on them. You might still find you need to hand wash them with a soapy solution (car wash)

I thought the PVC Venetian blinds would be popular enough to have had some possible remedies to clean them.

If they are filthy, take them down and soak them in a warm bath with dishwashing liquid.
When back up, a lick over with a microfiber duster once a week.

50/50 Isopropyl alcohol/water with a drop of dishwashing liquid and a dust pan brush and a hose. I’ve always taken them outside hung them up and spray them down rub gently and hose off.
